Refund policy

As these jewellery items are custom made we have a strict no return policy. 

However, if your initial signet ring or bracelet is the wrong size we can resize these items for you free of charge.

If you have purchased a Chant Ring, you would have been supplied a plastic model for you to try the ring on and double check that the size is correct. Prior to us making your unique design in solid gold.
These rings are unable to be resized after they have been made.
